Service providers and integrations

POSITION uses third-party service providers to operate Positioned4Success™ and offer optional integrations. Depending on the feature used, providers may process account, program, assessment, development, technical, scheduling, billing, and authorized AI input or output data on our behalf.

Cloud infrastructure and AI service providers support application hosting, database and file storage, authentication, security, and authorized AI-enabled functionality.

Zoom provides the optional coaching video-meeting integration and may process authorization identifiers and meeting or scheduling metadata needed for enabled features. Google provides the optional Google Calendar integration and may process authorization identifiers and calendar information permitted by the user’s granted permissions. Microsoft provides the optional Outlook Calendar integration and may process authorization identifiers and calendar information permitted by the user’s granted permissions.

BILL or another approved payment-administration provider may process business contact, invoice, transaction, and payment-administration information.

Some providers act independently under their own terms and privacy notices. When a provider acts as a processor or service provider for POSITION, we require protections appropriate to the services and information involved.
