9. Privacy Rights & Data Requests

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@thepositionforsuccess.com or use the website privacy-request form. You do not need to create a new account solely to make a request. Request types  Access/know  Correction  Deletion  Portable copy where applicable  Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent  Disconnect integrations  Appeal an eligible denied state-privacy request  Ask questions about data use or employer visibility Verification We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, account relationship, or authority. We will use verification information only for the request and related legal/security purposes. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, contractual requirements, rights of others, or other lawful exceptions. Appeals Where applicable law provides an appeal right, a person may appeal a denied request by replying to the denial or emailing privacy@thepositionforsuccess.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
