How the Google Calendar integration works

Authorized coaches may connect Google Calendar to check availability and create or manage coaching-session calendar events. Connecting Google Calendar is optional unless a Customer or program requires it.

The Google authorization screen displays the permissions requested. Positioned4Success™ requests only the permissions needed for the scheduling features being used and uses authorized information only to provide or improve those features, secure the integration, and comply with law.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

A user may disconnect Google Calendar from the integration settings. After disconnection, Positioned4Success™ stops new access and revokes or deletes stored authorization credentials as appropriate. Independent scheduling or program records that are not Google-derived may remain when retained for legitimate program, legal, security, or contractual purposes.
