Data Retention & Deletion Policy

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services, meet Customer instructions and contractual commitments, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, accounting, or compliance obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.

Contact inquiries and autosaved drafts may remain until they are deleted by the user or authorized personnel, the related inquiry or program is closed, or they are no longer reasonably necessary. Limited records may be retained for consent history, disputes, security, or legal obligations.

Saved Strategy Consultant sessions remain until the user deletes them or authorized administration removes them. Assessment and 360° results, development plans, progress records, and reassessments may be retained for program delivery, longitudinal development, contractual requirements, permitted research or psychometric evaluation, and legal obligations.

Scheduling and coaching-engagement records are retained as operationally necessary. Confidential coach notes remain subject to separate access controls and may also be affected by a coach’s professional or legal obligations.

Integration credentials are retained while an integration is connected and as technically necessary to operate it. We revoke or delete credentials when an integration is disconnected, subject to provider requirements. Billing, contract, security, and audit records may outlive account deletion where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, investigation, continuity, disputes, or compliance.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for legitimate purposes when it is not reasonably linkable to an individual under the applicable standard. A deletion request may be limited by Customer instructions, legal obligations, security needs, the rights of others, the integrity of privacy-protected aggregate reporting, or another lawful exception.
