Scheduling, cancellation, and no-shows

Participants may reschedule or cancel a coaching session through the available scheduling tools at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time.

A cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or a missed session without notice, may count as a used session. POSITION may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies or circumstances outside a participant’s control.

A Customer agreement or program notice may provide different terms. If it does, the terms communicated for that program control. Participants who need help changing a session should contact support@thepositionforsuccess.com as soon as possible.
