How AI supports leadership development

Positioned4Success™ uses AI-enabled features to support—not replace—human leadership development, professional coaching, and organizational judgment.

AI may summarize information a user is authorized to access, explain assessment concepts and results, surface possible patterns, generate reflection questions and behavioral-experiment ideas, assist with development-plan drafting, and help authorized Program Administrators explore privacy-protected organizational information.

AI does not determine authoritative assessment scores; diagnose medical, mental-health, or personality conditions; establish that an assessment result caused a performance outcome; make employment decisions; receive unrestricted access to confidential coaching notes or private participant information; or guarantee accuracy, fairness, completeness, or a particular outcome.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular context. Users must verify material facts and apply professional judgment before relying on it. POSITION may use safeguards, limit prompts and data sources, maintain security records, and modify or suspend AI features to protect users and the Services.

We use third-party AI service providers to deliver authorized AI features. Customer information submitted through these features is processed to provide the requested functionality and is not used by POSITION to train general-purpose AI models.
