7. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Services to:  Violate law, regulation, contractual duties, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or confidentiality obligations.  Harass, discriminate against, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person.  Attempt unauthorized access, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, circumvention of access controls, or interference with service operation.  Upload malware or harmful code, conduct denial-of-service activity, or probe systems without written authorization.  Scrape, harvest, copy, expose, or reconstruct proprietary assessment items, scoring methods, reports, or restricted data.  Use the Services or outputs to develop, train, validate, or benchmark a competing assessment/platform without written authorization.  Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified professional, legal, clinical, or employment advice.  Use P4S developmental information as the sole basis for significant employment decisions.  Attempt to identify anonymous 360 raters or re-identify de-identified/aggregated information.  Share accounts or use another person’s credentials.  Connect third-party accounts you are not authorized to connect. POSITION may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests as appropriate.
